So many changes and developments are witnessed in the field of higher education, especially Arts and Science Domine. Our mission is to provide good quality and value based education aiming the rural youth. The college not only excels in the area of academics but also provides good quality and value based education towards the rural youth. It also promotes the spirit of sportsmanship and cultural activities among the student community. We want to create interest and offer opportunity to develop self confidence, innovation, leadership and problem solving skills so that they can go and exhibit a difference in global arena.
I do have immense trust that our students would have an all-round progress during their stay in this college and become good citizens. I welcome all the students who aspire to shape their future in this citadel of learning and wish them every success.

It gives me immense pleasure to present the Jayam arts and Science College at Nallanur, Dharmapuri. Located in a typical rural surrounding and background, we have to take up as a challenge to shape and mould the rural youth and transform them into responsible and true citizens of our great nation. Students no doubt are to prepare to meet the future challenges for individual and professional achievement with confidence.
The objective of our institution is to create a variety of capable, innovative and self-motivated professionals to the corporate, public and service sectors. Hence, our teaching-learning practice is aimed at inspiring factors and changing educational scenario. I hope our students would receive excellent training and job-related, job oriented assistance which will go a long way after completion of their degree, for their own benefit and the society at large.
We have no doubt our students will emerge as true global citizens by adopting to the stream of ever changing technology and participate in the fast changing world.

No doubt our students are well groomed individuals who are stuck in our way of faith, love, and hope. We are inspiring our students' to know that learning is a passion, knowledge and good understanding. It will provide an optimistic role for our student community toil to survive.
